Safety is our priority

For the safety of our guests, their families and hotel employees, we have developed a safety package based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate to ensure the proper functioning of the facility. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the above-mentioned procedures, which will help you safely operate in hotel spaces.

Safe Reception

At the entrance to the hotel, there is a non-contact device for mandatory hand disinfection.
There can be a maximum of two people at the reception desk at separate stands, keeping a safe distance of 2 meters.
Receptionists work in visors and gloves, separated by a glass.
Shortened check-in requires only the presentation of an identity document.
We encourage guests to make settlements before arrival or in electronic form (card, telephone).
Reception stands are disinfected on a regular basis.
Each guest will be able to purchase a disposable mask at the reception desk.

Safe Rooms

Cleaning of the room takes place only at the express request of the Guests while they are not in the room. Cleaning should be reported at the reception. Cleaning takes place every day until 15:00.
Room cleaning procedures include thorough disinfection of furniture, door handles, etc.
After each departure of guests and before each arrival, the room is disinfected by ozone treatment and thoroughly aired.
The cleaning staff is equipped with gloves and masks.
The dryers in the bathrooms are out of order - we apologize for any inconvenience.

Safe common spaces

  1. In front of the entrance to the restaurant, there is a device for mandatory hand disinfection.
  2. Before entering the restaurant, there should be 2 m spacing.
  3. The staff is equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
  4. Disinfecting tables and covering with disposable pads after each guest.
  5. The dining room is arranged for a limited number of people who can stay in it at the same time, taking into account the required distances between the tables.

Safe workstations

Disinfection of handles, buttons in elevators, handrails takes place every 60 minutes.
Placed in sensitive missions such as general toilets, elevator entrance and disinfectant dispensers.
Detailed sanitary safety procedures have been implemented in each department.
Each employee has been trained in the applicable sanitary safety procedures.
Organization of work stations at a distance of at least 2 m.
Daily disinfection of stands.
